Stamper Technology aims to provide products that will assist optical disc developers and
manufacturers to achieve more productivity and eliminate waste in addition to providing
technologies and systems that can differentiate their products. We currently offer an
automated stamper punching system using a novel digital imaging system used in
aerospace applications to achieve super low eccentricity consistently. This opens up the
error budget for the mass manufacturing molding process. We also offer an add on to
existing LBR's to modify the laser beam path to produce holograms used for authentication.

SP2005 is an innovative new way to accurately align the data center of a stamper to the
center hole of the physical punched hole. The technique employs aerospace digital imaging
technology to enable the precision. The accuracy for reducing eccentricity to a few microns
is critical in new formats that require faster rotational speed and thus require lower radial
tracking deviations.

The Holo Art system is unit using a patented process as an add on to existing LBR's that
matrix holograms can take many hours or even days to originate on a surface the area of a
disc. With this system and the included process know how, the entire origination exposure
can be done in less than an hour.
